Who we are

Casper Design Studios ("we"), a design and web development studio. This site is casperdesignstudios.space. You can reach us at david@casperdesignstudios.space.

What we collect

The contact form

When you send the form we store what you typed (your name, business, email address and message), plus the time, your IP address and browser type, on our own server. We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. A copy of each enquiry is also sent to us as a private Discord message so we see it quickly. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list.

Analytics

We use GoatCounter, a privacy-respecting analytics tool hosted on our own server, to count visits. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and stores no personal information. We see page views, referrers and rough country, nothing that identifies you.

Cookies

None. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Where it lives

Form entries and analytics are stored on a server we control. Fonts, scripts and images are served from this domain, not from third parties, so visiting this site does not send your data to font or script providers.

How long we keep it

Form entries for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to two years afterwards so we can pick a project back up. Analytics in aggregate, indefinitely.

Your rights

Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority, though we would rather you told us first.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
